Assim, trocas pendentes – como Joe Flacco para os Broncos e Case Keenum para os Redskins – serão oficializadas e jogadores sem equipes podem assinar com novos times. Claro: o processo já começou. Quem já tinha sido cortado pelo time antigo tá podendo assinar e quem não o foi já pode ao menos negociar com novas equipes – neste caso, oficializa-se também na quarta.
